New Brunswick City Center awards $4,000 in Facade grants to local Businesses

New Brunswick, New Jersey, August 25, 2021– Eyet Law LLC is one of the many businesses that has kickstarted their business journey right here in the heart of New Brunswick, opening up a modern law firm that specializes in providing effective, efficient solutions for businesses and individuals across several major practice areas including business law, litigation, tax laws and issues, civil litigation, and estate planning. 

New Brunswick City Center’s District Improvement Committee is headed by Bruce Carnegie, the Broker Owner of Red Hawk Realty LLC. The committee delivers its grants to assist new and existing businesses with a facelift to their facade that has been a part of the community to ensure the future success of the local infrastructure. 

The program advances economic development through historic preservation and advocates partnerships with New Brunswick to ensure the success of the business. The funds are raised by New Brunswick City Center, costing nothing to local residents and assisting all businesses equally to modernize their look and maintain their existence in the community.  

Local businesses and building owners can apply for this grant through New Brunswick City Center, which includes awning, windows, signage, and exterior wall funding. The organization will match 50/50 up to $4,000.
