Love In the Air as New Brunswick City Center Prepares for Valentine's Day

Love is in the air throughout City Center as the countdown to Valentine’s Day begins.

Redwood Florist is offering special Valentine's Day arrangements, Thomas Sweet, Next Door Chocolates and Gift Shoppe, and Kapadokya Turkish Bakery are stocked with sweet treats, and Sofia Jewelry and Accessories and Safa’s Jewelry has an array of beautiful baubles for that special person in your life.

There will also be live music, theater entertainment, and comedy shows, and restaurants will be serving fine fare for foodies hungry for a dining experience with their loves.

Here’s your guide to Valentine’s Day in City Center:

Performances

Stress Factory Comedy Club: Gerard Michaels performs Feb. 13 at 7:30 p.m. Purchase tickets here. Corey B will perform on Feb. 14 at 7 and 9:30 p.m., and Feb. 15 at 6 and 8:30 p.m. Purchase tickets here.

State Theatre New Jersey: “Are You Ready For It? A Taylor Experience,” Friday, Feb. 14 at 7 p.m.

Restaurant specials

Old Man Rafferty's: On Feb. 14, Old Man Rafferty's will be serving its regular menu along with a special selection. View their regular menu here.

Delta's Restaurant: Delta’s Week of Love, featuring dinner and drink specials crafted to set a romantic mood, will start Feb. 11. On Feb. 14, Delta’s will host a Luther Vandross Tribute night with a prix fixe menu.

Harvest Moon Brewery & Café: Valentine's Day couples can enjoy a three-course prix fixe dinner for $110 (not including tax and gratuity) Feb. 13-16. Enjoy two soups or salads, two entrees, and two desserts plus a bottle of wine or champagne. Additional $10 charge for ribeye.

The Frog and The Peach: Enjoy a Valentine's Day special three-course prix fixe for $97 per person, not including tax and gratuity, available Feb. 14 from 4:30-11 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 15 from 5-11 p.m.

Victoria's Tratta Italiano: Victoria’s will be offering a Valentine's Day special three-course prix fixe dinner for $59 per person, plus tax and 20% gratuity.
